- We collect only the data necessary for our services and clearly state how this data will be used.
- We strive to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date.
- We adhere to the principle of consent for marketing communications.

How We Use Your Personal Data

Your personal data is utilized for:

- Delivering and communicating about our services.
- Personalizing and optimizing your experience on our website.
- Ensuring website security and functionality.
- Participating in interactive features, such as signing up for newsletters.
- Continuously improving our website, services, and marketing strategies.
- Managing and attributing referrals accurately.

Cookies & Tracking Data

This website uses cookies and similar technologies, which are small files or pieces of text that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website or app. This data is used to enhance your experience of this site.

We use data from cookies to monitor your use of our website. Cookies also allow us to better understand how you use our site so we can develop and improve the website experience as well as our services in response to what you might want or need.

- Webflow always uses these functional and required cookies, which allow Webflow, our website hosting platform, to securely serve this website to you. These cookies don’t gather information about you in any way—they simply make our website function for you in the way it’s intended and allow us to do things such as avoid showing you a marketing banner you’ve already dismissed, for example.

Disabling Cookies

Disabling cookies on your internet browser will also stop this site from tracking any part of your visit to this website, though this may change how our website works for you. Further information on how to enable and disable cookies is available from www.allaboutcookies.org.

Communication data

Any communication with us (via email, chat, or social media) may involve processing personal data like your name, email address, and business information. This data is used for communication and record-keeping.

Booking data

When you schedule an appointment through our website, we collect information necessary to complete the booking, such as your name, email address, and appointment details.

Upon booking a call, we’ll also:

- Receive an email notification in our Google-hosted inbox. You can read Google’s privacy policy here.
-
Add the booking to our Google-hosted calendar. You can read Google’s privacy policy here.

Client Data

Upon subscribing to our services, we process data including your name, business details, billing address, and email address. Our payments are processed through Stripe, and we adhere to their privacy policy.

We need to process this data to perform a contract between us, to supply the services you’ve subscribed to, and to keep records of such transactions.

When you join our service, your email address will be included in our MailerLite email list. This allows us the flexibility to send you promotional emails, which you have the freedom to opt into or out of at any stage. Additionally, MailerLite is utilized for dispatching reminders about overdue payments and upcoming subscription renewals, along with other relevant updates pertaining to our services. You always have the option to remove yourself from these communications. You can read MailerLite’s privacy policy here.

We use your email to extend an invitation for you to participate in our Notion client board, a process streamlined through Zapier. For details on how Notion and Zapier handle your data and privacy, please review their respective privacy policies.

You can read Notion’s privacy policy here and you can read Zapier’s privacy policy here.

Our payments are processed through Stripe, based in Dublin. Beyond the data listed above, we don’t have access to your payment information. You can read Stripe’s privacy policy here.

Our Website

Our website is hosted by Webflow. You can learn more about how Webflow is compliant with GDPR here.

Marketing Emails

We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing and our email subscriber list:

- You are always given the option to unsubscribe from our emails at any point.

- When you subscribe your information is stored in MailerLite, with servers hosted in Germany and Belgium. Your details will remain within MailerLite’s database for as long as we continue to use MailerLite’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you.

- When we send emails to our subscribers, MailierLite uses hidden single-pixel gifs (web beacons), which allows them to collect information about when subscribers open emails and their IP address, their browser or email client type, and other similar details. MailerLite uses the data from those web beacons to create reports about how our email campaign performed and what actions our subscribers took (i.e. the pages they visited). Because it relies on a hidden gif, you can block any tracking by turning off automatic image loading in your email software.

You can read MailerLite’s privacy policy here.

- UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR): The UK GDPR sets out the key principles, rights, and obligations for processing personal data in the UK. It mirrors the EU GDPR in several ways but is specific to the UK context post-Brexit.

- Data Protection Act 2018: This Act supplements the UK GDPR, sets out separate data protection rules for law enforcement authorities, extends data protection to some other areas (such as national security) and implements the EU Law Enforcement Directive.

- Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR): This relates to electronic marketing, including cookies, and is derived from European law. It sits alongside the Data Protection Act and the UK GDPR.

These regulations ensure that personal data is processed in a way that respects the rights of individuals while allowing Nexum3 to provide its services effectively and efficiently.

If you are uncertain about your own country of residence’s specific data protection and user privacy legislation and how it aligns with our practices, please feel free to contact us at j@nexum3.com for further information and clarification.
